Cold Noodles with Shredded Chicken in Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
- 150g chicken tenderloins/chicken thighs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pack crystal wide vermicelli (200g)
Ingredients
- 1½ tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 5 tsp salt
- 10g sugar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- pepper powder
Method
- 1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, salt, sugar, seseame oil and pepper powder for 10 minutes. Then boil or pan-fry the chicken
- 2. Boil crystal wide vermicelli until it's transparent and soft. (You can choose to put it in cold water to cool down or put it in the fridge at the end)
- 3. Shred the cucumber directly into the bowl
- 4. Shred the chicken directly into the bowl
- 5. Mix together the peanut butter, shredded chicken, shredded cucumber and crystal wide vermicelli

- 1 watermelon
- 1 can Nata De Coco
- 4 apples
- 2 dragon fruits
- half melon

Method
- 1. Boil the crystal sugar until it melts. Wait the rock sugar water to cool down
- 2. Carve out the watermelon with a regular knife or scoop it out with a spoon/a melon-baller. Then carve V-shaped notches around the top edge of the watermelon bowl
- 3. (You can add your favourite fruits into the bowl)Dice apples, dragon fruits and melon
- 4. Put all the fruit, Nata De Coco and pour rock sugar water into the watermelon bowl
