Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1.    After the completion of the online registration, it shall constitute that the participants have understood and agreed to accept all terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw.
2.    The Lucky Draw is divided into two rounds. Each winner of every round shall receive two tickets of the “Katch presents “Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2022””. There will be a total of 160 winners (hereinafter referred to as “Winner”) for the entire promotion campaign.
3.    The two tickets awarded to the winners will be randomly picked by a computer. The winners shall not request for a specific seat.
4.    The first promotion period is from 21 November 2022 to 7 December 2022, including the first and last days (hereinafter referred to as “First Promotion Period”). The deadline for uploading the invoices is 9 December 2022, inclusive of the day (hereinafter referred to as “Deadline for Uploading Invoices in the First Promotion Period”).
5.    The second promotion period is from 8 December 2022 to 20 December 2022, including the first and last days (hereinafter referred to as “Second Promotion Period”). The deadline for uploading the invoices is 22 December 2022, inclusive of the day (hereinafter referred to as “Deadline for Uploading Invoices in the Second Promotion Period”).
6.    All customers can register for the Lucky Draw in the registration website (hereinafter referred to as “Online Registration”) with the relevant invoices (hereinafter referred to as “Valid Invoice”) after making a net purchase of $300.00 or more (hereinafter referred to as “Valid Transaction”) comprising of any products from Babo Botanicals at the designated stores or online stores during the promotion periods given above. Each valid invoice is entitled to one Lucky Draw entry.
7.    In addition, each valid invoice is entitled to two Lucky Draw entries if the customers have completed the online registration with a valid transaction at all designated stores or online stores on 12 December 2022.
8.    The designated stores or online stores include the following: Babo Botanicals stores, Babo Botanicals online official store, Mannings*, Watsons*, Aeon, Yata department stores, Sogo, Logon*, Citi Store, HKTVmall flagship store, and ParknShop stores* and online store.

9.    The designated registration website for the promotion campaign is www.babobotanicalshk-luckydraw.com (hereinafter referred to as “Registration Website”).
10.    Each round of the Lucky Draw is separate and independent. If any eligible participant is unsuccessful in the first round of the Lucky Draw, the participant will not be automatically entered into the second round of the Lucky Draw.
11.    All participants can register online for each valid transaction. The eligibility for participation is based on a single invoice. Each valid transaction can only be registered online once. Duplicate registration will not be accepted. There is no limit to the total number of entries per participant. Each participant, however, can only be a winner once in each round of the Lucky Draw.
12.    All participants must register online with their personal information. Participants must enter their personal information, including name, email, contact number, and the first 4 letters and numbers of their identity card. During online registration, all participants must correctly enter the specified information for valid registration, including the uploading of the image of the valid invoice.
13.    All participants can only enter the Lucky Draw after successfully completing the online registration before the Deadline for Uploading Invoices in the First or Second Promotion Period. Any valid transactions without completing the online registration in a timely manner shall not be eligible for the Lucky Draw. The time determined by the system server on the registration website shall prevail. All participants are advised to register online as early as possible to avoid any delay in registration arising from network failure. Participants must ensure that all information registered online is correct. The information cannot be changed after the entries are confirmed. If it is found that the registered information is incorrect, Techtree Limited reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Lucky Draw. Techtree Limited shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, error, failure to identify and other conditions of the information submitted by the participants arising from technical problems, such as computer, telephone and network issues, or any other problems, or for any failure to complete the online registration on time for any valid transaction. The decision of Techtree Limited in relation to the online registration of valid transactions is final.
14.    All participants must be at least 18 years old.
15.    If it is found that the participant has entered the Lucky Draw by using an empty account, a fake account or any means of hacking and/or modifying the computer programmes, or any unlawful or dishonest way, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Lucky Draw and/or from winning any prizes. The participant shall bear all relevant responsibilities and consequences.
16.    The results of the first round of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Babo Botanicals Facebook page on 13 December 2022 and will be published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 16 December 2022.
17.    The results of the second round of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Babo Botanicals Facebook page on 27 December 2022 and will be published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 30 December 2022.
18.    All winners must collect their prizes at the designated collection points after the date of result announcement until 31 December 2022. Otherwise, it shall be deemed as a waiver of rights and their eligibility of winning any prizes will be disqualified. Techtree Limited shall not be responsible and there will not by any replacement for the winners. If there are many prize winners, the staff at the designated collection points has the right to implement the corresponding crowd control measures.
19.    All winners must produce the original invoice of the relevant valid transaction as well as the Hong Kong identity card of the winner to verify the eligibility of the winner. Any invoice that is altered, damaged, overprinted or indicated with an unacceptable transaction shall not be accepted.
20.    If the information registered by the winner is not in line with the supporting documents provided by the winner during prize collection, the winner will be disqualified and there will not by any replacement for the winner.
21.    The personal data, contact information and transaction details registered by all participants shall be destroyed within 3 months after the end of the promotion periods, apart from those participants who have agreed to provide their information to Techtree Limited for the purpose of dispatching promotional materials. With the consent from the participants, their personal information shall be used for promotional purposes in the future.
22.    Any person, who has provided his/her personal data to the main organiser in relation to the promotion campaign, has the right to request access to his/her personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). 23.    All prizes are not transferable, convertible to cash, exchangeable or refundable. They are subject to the expiry date as well as the terms and conditions. There will be no replacement made for any collected prizes that are lost.
24.    Techtree Limited is not the supplier of the prizes. It shall not guarantee the quality of the products and services provided by the supplier of the prizes. It shall also not bear any legal responsibility for the relevant matters arising from the products/services provided by the supplier of the prizes.
25.    All employees of Techtree Limited are prohibited from participating in this Lucky Draw as a demonstration of fairness.
26.    If there are any disputes, Techtree Limited shall have the full and absolute discretion to make the final decision. The final decision of Techtree Limited shall prevail.
