Beef and Seafood Trio
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shrimp
- Clams
- Scallops
- Beef (choose different cuts according to personal preference)
- Salt
- Fried garlic
Method
- Soak the clams in cold salted water, cover, and let sit for 3 minutes. They are ready when the shells open.
- Similarly, cook the shrimp in a small amount of water for 30 seconds on each side.
- Cook the scallops for 2 minutes on each side; boiling is recommended for easier handling compared to frying.
- Briefly cook the spinach and set aside.
- Preheat a pan, add oil, and wait until it’s smoking before starting to sear the beef.
- Sear the salted side first until golden brown, then flip and sear the other side for about 2 minutes.
- Place the spinach on top of the beef, sprinkle with fried garlic and chopped scallions, and it’s ready to serve!
