Low-Carb Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 strips of SELECT Chicken Fillet
- CRYSTAL FARMS Parmesan Cheese
- CHEESE STUDIO Mozzarella Cheese
- Pata Negra House Spicy Sausage
- ROVAGNATI Italian Milano Salami
- 1 SELECT Egg
- Onion
- FOOD NATION Chili Powder (add to taste)
- SELECT Olive Oil (as needed)
- Seasoning: SELECT Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Mixed Herbs
Method
- Chop the chicken into a fine paste.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, an egg, cracked black pepper, more Parmesan cheese, and a little olive oil. Mix well to season, then press it firmly into a base.
- Place the base into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 9 minutes.
- Top with spicy sausage, onions (either sliced or diced), and mozzarella cheese, then bake for an additional 3 minutes.
Tips
✔ A thinner base and more Parmesan cheese will make it extra crispy. Adding a little oil to the chicken mixture will enhance the texture!
