Low-Carb Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 strips of SELECT Chicken Fillet
  • CRYSTAL FARMS Parmesan Cheese
  • CHEESE STUDIO Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pata Negra House Spicy Sausage
  • ROVAGNATI Italian Milano Salami
  • 1 SELECT Egg
  • Onion
  • FOOD NATION Chili Powder (add to taste)
  • SELECT Olive Oil (as needed)
  • Seasoning: SELECT Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Mixed Herbs

Method

  1. Chop the chicken into a fine paste.
  2. Add grated Parmesan cheese, an egg, cracked black pepper, more Parmesan cheese, and a little olive oil. Mix well to season, then press it firmly into a base.
  3. Place the base into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 9 minutes.
  4. Top with spicy sausage, onions (either sliced or diced), and mozzarella cheese, then bake for an additional 3 minutes.

Tips

✔ A thinner base and more Parmesan cheese will make it extra crispy. Adding a little oil to the chicken mixture will enhance the texture!
