Thai Salt-Baked Prawns
Ingredients
- 1 box of SELECT Frozen Whole Black Tiger Prawn
- 1 bag of SELECT Cooking Salt
- 1 serving of Tom Yum Fresh Vegetable Pack
- Appropriate amount of KUNIMARE Ginfu Shokan Bijin Sake
Sauce Ingredients
- Fresh basil (to taste)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Chili (to taste)
- Fresh cilantro (to taste)
- SELECT Granulated Sugar (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons of Suree Fish Sauce
- 2-3 limes
Method
- Sauté coarse salt until it turns slightly yellow.
- Add the Tom Yum fresh vegetable pack and stir well.
- Add the tiger prawns and white wine, then bake for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for an additional minute to finish!
- For the sauce: Chop garlic, basil leaves, chili, and cilantro, then mix in fresh lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce!
Tips
✔ Gently bruising the basil leaves can enhance their aroma. Heating the coarse salt helps lock in moisture, making the prawns fresher. Baking the prawns for an extra minute after cooking allows them to absorb more flavor!
