Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery service upon net purchase of $500 at offline store.

1. Free delivery service is only applicable to MoneyBack App members.

2. Present MoneyBack member QR code before payment.

3. Free delivery service applicable to PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, TASTExFRESH, INTERNATIONAL, FOOD LE PARC, GOURMET and GREAT Food Hall in Hong Kong, , with purchases of $500 or above. NOT applicable to PARKnSHOP Bazaar.

4. Free delivery service is not applicable for purchase of fresh, frozen and chilled items.

5. In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery, another delivery time will be arranged. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

6. The delivery may be delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited or not.

7. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. Additional delivery charge may apply in selected areas.

8. If no elevator service is available for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of $40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.

9. Customers are kindly requested to sign for the goods within the designated time. If customers request to leave the goods outside, and any loss or damage occurs, PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall not be liable.

10. PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees if the recipient falls to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify PARKnSHOP immediately of any change to their delivery address.
