Super Brands Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Participants must be aged 18 or above and holding a valid HKID, the lucky draw shall only be valid within the Hong Kong SAR.
2. Participants must be a Moneyback member, and present MoneyBack App before payment.
3. The Promotion Period for the Lucky Draw is from 18 August, 2023 to 14 September, 2023, both dates inclusive (“the Promotion Period”), and based on transaction date. The registration period is from 18 August, 2023 until 11:59:59 p.m. on 17 September, 2023.
4. During the promotion period of the Lucky Draw (not limited to the date of purchase), participants with single purchase of HK$100 or more in Hong Kong PARKnSHOP, TASTE, FUSION, International, food le parc, GREAT FOOD HALL, GOURMET, EXPRESS, PARKnSHOP FROZEN FOOD STORE, or PNS eShop (www.pns.hk or PNS mobile App) can visit promotion.pns.hk to register the Lucky Draw using the original shopping receipt/ digital receipt issued (the receipt validation period is from 18 August, 2023 to 14 September, 2023, online shopping receipt must be based on the confirmed and delivered transaction, exclude refunded or cancelled transaction).
5. An extra lucky draw chance is entitled for single purchase of $100 or more. An extra lucky chance is entitled for below conditions. Maximum 3 chances for each transaction.
- Purchase product(s) of weekly selected brands in the same transaction, participants can refer to advertisement on Facebook and in-store promotional materials for details
- Single purchase of $100 or more in PNS eShop (www.pns.hk or PNS mobile App)
6. This lucky draw does not apply to purchases of gift coupons, e-vouchers, stage 1 infant milk powder, tobacco, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, Octopus card / AlipayHK reloads, phone / fax / TasteToGo and www.greatfoodhall.com orders, ‘Click & Collect’ service, plastic shopping bag charges, consignment counter transaction, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption, bulk / case purchase with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, delivery service charge and 3 Shop products and services.
7. Participants may enter the Lucky Draw as many times as they wish, but each valid original shopping receipt can only be registered once (must be same with the MoneyBack account number registered for lucky draw), any duplicate input will be disqualified. Participants are required to register the details of each original shopping receipt/ digital receipt (For online shopping participants, please fill in order date and order number of confirmed and delivered transaction, exclude refunded or cancelled transaction), MoneyBack member number and valid Hong Kong mobile phone number to enroll the Lucky Draw. Any participants who submit false or misleading information will be disqualified from participating in this promotion without prior notice. Participants are required to keep the original shopping receipt/ digital receipt for prize collection. Participants could contact our customer service office 6042 2741 for any inquiries related to the failure of online lucky draw registration during office hour Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 22:00.
8. Participants have to follow brand voting instruction to enter the lucky draw section after filling the registration details. The voting result will not affect the lucky draw result.
9. The drawing result of instant prizes will be determined randomly by computer. Participants will be noticed for the prize they win instantly. Prizes include Grand prize (Happy Play) – Water World Ocean Park - Go Splash Annual Membership(5 winners per week, total 20 winners), Grand Prize (Happy Taste): $2,000 Harbour Grand Hong Kong Catering Voucher (5 winners per week, total 20 winners), Grand Prize (Happy Shop): $2,000 PARKnSHOP Gift Voucher (5 winners per week, total 20 winners), Grand Prize (Happy Travel): Esso 5,000 Member Points (10 winners per week, total 40 winners), Esso $840 worth of Synergy™ petrol coupons(1,750 winners per week, total 7,000 winners), PARKnSHOP product discount e-coupon (45,000 winners per week, total 180,000 winners).
10. Grand prize (Happy Play) – Water World Ocean Park - Go Splash Annual Membership, Grand Prize (Happy Taste): $2,000 Harbour Grand Hong Kong Catering Voucher, Grand Prize (Happy Shop): $2,000 PARKnSHOP Gift Voucher and Esso $840 worth of Synergy™ petrol coupons will be provided in the form of physical vouchers. Redemption details and procedures should refer to the terms and conditions on the prize redemption letter.
11. Customer service center will notify winners by phone or SMS or Whatsapp in 72 hours to verify winner’s information. If winners have not yet received notification from customer service center for 1 week, please contact our customer service hotline 6042 2741. If winners do not reply and contact our customer service center by 21 September, 2023, we will treat it as an unclaimed and abandoned prize.
12. Grand prize winners must agree to participate in the grand prize ceremony at a specific time and location to collect the prize redemption letter. Winners will be required to present the original shopping receipt/ digital receipt, MoneyBack App (MoneyBack account number must be same with the MoneyBack account number used for the relevant shopping receipt/ digital receipt) and SMS notification for verification.
13. Grand prize winners must allow PARKnSHOP to take photos of grand prize winners with prizes during the grand prize ceremony for record and promotional purposes and all photos taken in the prize ceremony can be used for the promotional purposes in any channel and media by PARKnSHOP for this promotion. If winners do not agree, it will result in disqualification for the prize.
14. PARKnSHOP shopping e-coupons will be credited through promotion website.
15. The registration start and end date of the lucky draw for each week is as below, each valid receipt can be registered in any week as below, but each valid original shopping receipt can only be registered once:

16. This promotion only accepts Hong Kong mobile phone number with voice and SMS function, if the mobile phone number does not carry voice or SMS function or registered phone number is not in use, invalid or changed during redemption, it will result in disqualification.
17. Lucky Draw Conclusion announcement advertisement will be placed on 1,8,15,22 September, 2023 in Ming Pao Daily News and The Standard.

18. All prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash or any other products.
19. All receipts used for prize redemption are no longer eligible for refund.
20. Prize will be forfeited automatically with no exception if there is any discrepancy between the information printed on the original shopping receipt entered for registration, or duplicated input of shopping receipt information, or if the prize winner is unable to present the MoneyBack App, original shopping receipt and SMS notification, or if the original shopping receipt has been altered, defaced or damaged.
21. PARKnSHOP assumes no responsibility for any delays, omissions or mistakes in the submission of the participants’ registrations that may occur through technical problems, connection problems, or malfunctions of handsets or networks.
22. PARKnSHOP is not liable for any expenses associated with entering the Lucky Draw and the collection of prizes, including (but not limited to) transportation fees, delivery costs etc.
23. PARKnSHOP is not liable for the failure of suppliers of prizes to perform any obligations or provide any services. Any dispute regarding the quality, performance or value of prizes should be resolved directly by the winners with the respective suppliers of prizes.
24. PARKnSHOP reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. PARKnSHOP reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a participant.
25. Participation in the Lucky Draw is voluntary, and PARKnSHOP shall not be responsible for any disputes or liabilities of the Lucky Draw. PARKnSHOP shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred by participating in the promotion.
26. Time record is based on PARKnSHOP system.
27. Should it be found that participants are deliberately withholding information or participating with fake account(s), PARKnSHOP reserves the right to disqualify participants from participating in the Lucky Draw.
28. Employees of PARKnSHOP and their appointed agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
29. In the event of any dispute, PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the sole right to make the final decision.

• Any personal information collected in relation to this Campaign will only be used to contact and verify the identity of the participants for prize redemption. All data collected by PARKnSHOP will be handled properly and kept confidential with adequate security protection measures, and will be erased within 60 days after the completion of the Campaign. • PARKnSHOP may disclose or transfer the participants’ personal data to our agency for registration of Lucky Draw and prize redemption purposes.
