Order Information:
1. This product is not applicable to Click & Collect service. Please place order at least 2 working days in advance via PARKnSHOP.com (working days exclude Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday).
2. After receiving the order from PARKnSHOP.com, Bless will use WhatsApp 63578845 to contact and arrange delivery within 3 working days. If customer did not hear from Bless within 5 working days after order placement, please contact Bless customer service hotline at 2412 1008 from Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm.
3. All orders and delivery details are subject to WhatsApp 63578845 confirmation.
4. No change or cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.
5. If customer cannot receive the products by his own causes, we will cancel the order and all payment is non-refundable.
6. If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the RED/BLACK rainstorm signal, orders will be postponed automatically. Bless will contact you to make further arrangements for the order.

1.We offer FREE delivery for orders totaling upon HK$700.
2.HKD$60 delivery fee will be charged for purchase of Bless products below HK$700.
3. Cleanse product enjoys free delivery service
4. Additional charges are required to The Peak, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and other remote areas. Please contact customer service before placing your order.

1. Bless‘s delivery team will provide delivery service for customers in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories throughout Mondays to Saturday (Except public holidays).
2. Bless does not provide specific time delivery service.
Delivery and Product return:
1. If there is any question regarding the product quality or quantity, please contact Bless customer service team before signing the acknowledgement of receipt.
2. No return is allowed once the product is received and signed by the customer.
3. The final delivery time will be confirmed via WhatsApp / Call.
4. If you are dissatisfied with the product or have any enquiry, please email to info@blessb.com or call Bless service hotline at 2412 1008 within 4 hours after the product is delivered. Bless will not accept any complaints after this deadline.
