1. After receiving the order, 牛舍 will contact the customer by phone within 2 working days to confirm the order. (If the customer does not receive the contact number within 2 working days, customer can contact customer services hotline: 6392 7901 from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 13:00)

2. Enjoy free shipping when you purchase $488 or more at 牛舍. Each order with a purchase of less than $488 from 牛舍 will be charged a shipping fee of $200.

3. All confirmed orders are non-changeable or refundable. If you have any questions, please contact 牛舍 Whatsapp hotline 6392-7901.The general delivery period is daytime hours from Monday to Sunday.

4. The deadline for accepting orders for the next day will be at 6:00 pm (18:00) every day. The credit record will be based on the full amount received.
For example, if any order is placed before 17:59 on the same day, the delivery can be arranged for the next day at the earliest, and the order can be booked within 30 days at the longest.
5. Home delivery service is only applicable to locations accessible by elevators. If the delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator, or there are special arrangements prohibiting delivery personnel from entering, please arrange to pick up the goods on the ground.
If there are any parking charges or additional charges at the delivery address, all costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery service is only available to commercial or residential addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Free delivery service is not available for same-day orders, remote areas*, outlying islands and restricted areas.
*The division of remote areas shall be subject to the division of cattle sheds
6. The general delivery period is from Monday to Sunday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm (13:00-18:00). There is no time slot selection for general delivery. If you need to arrange delivery during a specific time period, the delivery fee is HK$200 per order. The designated time period starts at 1 p.m. and is based on hourly units. Customers can specify delivery between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. (13:00 - 19:00). If you need to arrange for self-pickup at any store branch (please check the address of the self-pickup store below), you can arrange the time and location via WhatsApp 6392 7901.
7. After receiving the goods, you should immediately open the goods for inspection. If you find that the goods are left behind or damaged, please notify the customer service staff on the day of receipt, take photos and record them together with the order information. Arrange to have the item replenished or arrange a refund. 牛舍 will not accept any complaints after the expiration of the above period. If the request is not made on the day of delivery, no compensation will be made for the order.
8. In case of severe weather, the arrangements for the day will depend on the time when the Observatory issues and cancels the warning signal.
Severe weather generally refers to a black rainstorm warning or a storm signal No. 8 or above. If the Observatory still issues a severe weather warning at 12 noon on the same day, delivery services will not be provided on that day. Delivery orders can choose to postpone delivery or self-collection. goods (weather permitting)
If you wish to arrange delivery during bad weather, the free delivery service will not be applicable. The order will be delivered through a third-party logistics provider, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
