1. Product photo is for reference only.
2. Order 5 days in advance. Supplier will contact with customer for delivery arrangement within 2 working days after the order is made.
3. Delivery will be arranged by phone conversation .Delivery is not accepted on Sundays and public holidays.
4. HOHOHOME (Winelot Limited) and PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited. reserve the right to provide substitute products when necessary and without notice. The company will make every effort to ensure that the replaced products' value is equal or higher and the quality is similar to the original product.
5. This coupon is no longer valid when the valid date is expired. No refund will be arranged.
6. Delivery service will be provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon urban area, New Territories and Tung Chung only. (Delivery service will not be provided to remoted areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Shek O, Stone Cutter's Island (Ngong Shuen Chau), Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, any restricted area, hotel rooms and overseas etc)
7. Since Party set is ready-to-eat food, it will be treated as automatic abandonment if customers fail to receive the product within the designated time slot, no refund will be arranged.

9. If red/black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, orders will automatically be postponed. We will contact you for the order arrangement.

11. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Parknshop.com and HOHOHOME (Winelot Limited) shall be final.

13. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and changed, and cannot be refunded.
