• Enjoy free delivery for the order $500 or above (only applicable to one location). If the order is less than $500, an additional delivery fee of $150 will be applied.

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, and/or a Black Rainstorm Warning, alternative arrangements will be made for the delivery service.

Delivery Information

• If the order is confirmed while the payment is completed, the order could be delivered as early as the day after tomorrow. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

• Our staff will contact the customer in advance to confirm the delivery date and time slot.

• Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The actual delivery time slot will depend on factors such as the delivery address, staffing arrangements, and weather conditions.

• Please contact us at 9026 2216 if the customer has not received a confirmation email by one day before the scheduled delivery date.

• Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles and elevator .

• In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
