PARKnSHOP launched its "City Food Drive" Programme in 2013 to collect public donation of food and raise fund to help Food Angel prepare meal boxes for those in need. We also did charity raise to provide seeding fund to help Food Angel set up a Community Outreach Food Assistance Programme, which provides care and support to the underprivileged through home visits and food assistance.

Over the past years, the programme has helped collect basic grocery items at all PARKnSHOP stores across Hong Kong. PARKnSHOP also matched customers’ donation of SELECT-brand items to elevate the charity effort. Moreover, donation boxes were placed at the checkouts to encourage customers to donate their loose change to those in need.

Through the "City Food Drive" programme, PARKnSHOP has, as of 2021, collected more than 780,000 food items, together with the fund raised in total worth more than HK$8 million to help Food Angel prepare hundreds of thousands of meal boxes for needy in Hong Kong.

Since 2004, PARKnSHOP has contributed to the Red Cross's annual "Pass-it-On" campaign, which raises funds through donation boxes and the sale of souvenirs to support the humanitarian work of the Hong Kong Red Cross.

PARKnSHOP encouraged MoneyBack members to donate their MoneyBack points to designated charitable organisations since 2010. MoneyBack App was launched in June 2017 and a "Share and Do Good" function is established. Members can donate their points through the App. The donated points are turned to charity proceeds to support various community projects.
