Bitter Melon Lime Juice (*supplier Direct Delivery)

• All products must be stored between 1 to 4°C, and consumed before the expiry date.
• The expiry date of the products is of 12th day from the delivery date.
• Free delivery service is available for purchases of $140 or above at 2 Plus 3 (HK) Industrial Company. A delivery fee of $70 will be charged for orders below $140.
• Delivery will be arranged 1-2 working days after order confirmation (excluding the date the order confirm), excluding Sunday and public holidays.
• 2 Plus 3 (HK) Industrial Company Limited shall contact client via message to arrange delivery service. Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday 9a.m to 6p.m.
• If customers could not receive the message in 2 days, they can contact 2 Plus 3 (HK) to check the order status.
• Delay may occur over public holiday period or natural disasters. In case of typhoon, rainstorm warnings, special weather conditions, or special traffic conditions that might cause delay in delivery, we will reschedule delivery. The customer cannot request to cancel the order.

Service area
• Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying islands, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan;
• Some areas only provide delivery service during specific hours;
• Government agencies (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and the recipient must be asked to hand over at the door;
• For some addresses, the customer must be arranged for delivery at a designated place, for example, the address of a tenement building is on the ground floor and the address of a village house is at the entrance of the village.

Non-service scope
• Addresses with long operating hours such as Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, airport area, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, and receiving departments are not suitable for cold delivery home delivery.

• Tuen Mun District - Lung Kwu Tan, Tuen Mun Lung Mun Road West Lake Chui Road
• Tai Po District - Behind Zhongcheng Basin, Lin O and Shuen Wan, Ting Kok Road, Tai Po
