Hung Fook Tong Poon Choi - Online Registration for Delivery:
- Applicable date for online registration: 1 December 2024 to 1 February 2025.
- Delivery applicable dates: 6 December 2024 to 6 February 2025.
- Please fill requested delivery date in the column of “Delivery Instruction”. All orders must be placed at least 5 days before the delivery date and delivery address.(Example: Place order on 22 December, and you can make an appointment to pick up the goods on 27 December at the earliest).
- After successful payment, the customer will immediately receive an email from PARKnSHOP containing the order number.
- Hung Fook Tong Customer Services representative will contact customer to reconfirm the delivery arrangement.
(Example: Register online on 22 December, and you can make an appointment to pick up the goods on 27 December at the earliest).
- For online registration, you need to select the delivery date and enter the PARKnSHOP online shopping order number along with the delivery information.
- After successfully completing the online registration, the system will automatically send a delivery notification to the registration email for confirmation.
- You will also receive a delivery reminder SMS 1 day before delivery, and an SF waybill number will be provided to track the transportation status.

Terms and Conditions of Service:
- Once the order is confirmed, the order information (including delivery date and address) cannot be canceled or changed, and the payment will not be refunded.
- All orders are pre-orders and are made to order, quantities are limited while stocks last.
- The weight and size of Poon Choi may vary according to different conditions. All items are subject to the actual product.
- If the pooh choi is not consumed immediately after receipt, please refrigerate it immediately at 4°C or below, and reheat it according to the cooking method within next day to ensure food safety and maintain quality.
- Suitable for open flame cooking stoves and induction cookers.
- In case of any dispute, Hung Fook Tong reserves the right to make the final decision on all offers.

Delivery in Hong Kong is arranged by SF Express:
Delivery time: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- The delivery person will call the customer on the day of delivery to inform them of the delivery time. The delivery time will be arranged according to the order of the delivery area. If there is any change, further notice will be given. Customers please be aware of unknown calls on the delivery date.
- If the delivery location provided by the customer does not allow free loading and unloading time for the truck, the customer must go to the curbside downstairs to pick up the goods in person. The actual location will be confirmed by the delivery person.
- Since Poon Choi is freshly made, if delivery fails, the order will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be arranged. If the delivery address is a village house or a location that is not directly accessible by trucks, it can only be delivered to a parking location, and customers need to go to the designated location to pick up the goods.
- If the delivery service truck cannot directly reach the delivery location or there is no elevator access to the floor, customers must go to the lobby/parking point downstairs to pick up the package. If you need to go upstairs, the fee will be negotiated separately.
- Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. (Excluding faraway areas: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau, Lantau South including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha , Mui Wo, Pui O and other areas and restricted zones.)
- Delivery services are not available in the following locations: any controlled areas, border restricted areas, hotel rooms, remote areas, delivery locations that cannot be directly reached by trucks and buildings without elevators.
- If the Observatory announces the hoisting of Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the red/black rainstorm warning signal, the delivery service will be arranged separately.
