Terms and conditions:
1. Product photo is for reference only.
2. Order 4 working days in advance.
3. Product will be delivered at designated time slot, 11:00 - 13:00 or 16:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 20:00, no specific time is accepted.
4. VEG Market reserves the right to provide substitute products when necessary and without notice. The company will make every effort to ensure that the replaced products' value is equal or higher and the quality is similar to the original product.
5. This coupon is no longer valid when the valid date is expired. No refund will be arranged. This coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or other product.
6. Delivery service will be provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon urban area, New Territories and Tung Chung only. (Delivery service will not be provided to remoted areas such as Shek O, Stone Cutter's Island (Ngong Shuen Chau), Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay etc)
7. Delivery service is not available for any restricted area, hotel and overseas.
8. Since product is ready-to-eat food, it will be treated as automatic abandonment if customer is failed to receive the product within the designated time slot, no refund will be arranged.

10. If red/black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, orders will automatically be postponed. We will contact you for the order arrangement.

12. Should any disputes arise, the decision of PARKnSHOP eSHOP and VEG Market shall be final.
