I am very disappointed with your delivery time. When I ordered, the delivery date is supposed to be to be 7 Dec. on 8 Dec, I still have not received, so I sent an enquiry, of course no answer from you. On the 9Dec, the app showed that the products was delivered on 8 Dec, which I did not receive the products until 10th afternoon. I understand sometimes there might be delays, but can you at least send an email to inform? This is so irresponsible of you, can you please kindly explain why?I
