Instructions
Ordering Instructions
1. Purchase any hairy crab set meal or spend $500 or more to get a free set of hairy crab tools (crab vinegar, ginger tea, perilla leaves, crab scissors).
2. When making an order, customers need to understand and confirm the price, quantity and specifications. The pictures are for reference only. The product and its price will be subject to the product and price confirmed at the time of ordering. The products and their prices on this website are subject to regular changes without notice.
3. If the ordered product does not have sufficient stock, Shing Lung Hong will contact the customer via phone or WhatsApp to discuss changing the delivery date of the ordered product or canceling the order.
4. All product prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
5. If you need to cancel an order, please submit the application 24 hours before delivery, otherwise Shing Lung Hong will not make any refund.
6. When customers receive the crabs, please confirm the quantity and whether the crabs are still alive. If you have any questions, please call or WhatsApp us immediately (25438735 / 98560003). Once the goods have been delivered to the customer, the customer holds the crabs at their own risk and Shing Lung Hong will not be responsible for their loss or damage.

Terms & Conditions
Delivery Service
1. With a purchase of $1,000 or more of Shing Lung Hong products, you can enjoy free delivery service to Kowloon and Hong Kong.
2. For orders less than $1,000, a shipping fee of $100 will be charged.
3. Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Stanley, Sai Kung and outlying islands are subject to an additional surcharge of $20.
4. Free shipping service is limited to one delivery location at a time.
5. The order cut-off time is 14:00 pm every day, and then Shing Lung Hong customer service specialists will contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp on the same day to confirm the delivery date and address.
6. After receiving customer confirmation of the delivery date before 15:30 pm every day, delivery service can be arranged as soon as the next day.
7. If the delivery date and address are confirmed after 15:30 pm or delivery is arranged less than 24 hours after placing the order, Shing Lung Hong will charge the customer a surcharge of $200.
8. If the customer cannot be contacted to confirm the order, the order will be cancelled.
9. All delivery services will be provided by the company's logistic team or third-party logistics companies, and customers cannot request delivery providers.
10. The general delivery time is 10AM-8PM every day, and delivery services at designated times are not available.
11. If delivery is required at a specified time, Shing Lung Hong will use a third-party logistics company to deliver the goods, and the relevant fees must be paid directly by the customer to the logistics company.
12. If you need to change the delivery address or delivery date, you must contact the customer service specialist (25438735 / 98560003) at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect or outdated address, and Shing Lung Hong will also charge customers no less than $200 surcharge.
13. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, the customer must receive the goods in person (unless the customer has given special instructions to us/the third-party logistics company, the goods can be placed outside the door or at the lobby management office, and customer must bear the risk of loss and quality of the goods under any circumstances).
14. If the customer does not answer the call from the delivery staff or fails to receive the product for any reason when the products arrive at the agreed delivery address, the customer agrees and accepts that we have the right to charge additional fees and customer bears the quality risks.
15. If the delivery address is a tenement building or the elevator cannot reach the relevant address directly, delivery at ground floor will be arranged; if the delivery address is a walled village or village house address, delivery will be arranged at the entrance of the village or a designated location.
16. Delivery service will be postponed when Typhoon signals 8 or above are hoisted, red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, traffic and/or other uncontrollable conditions, or weather conditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery. The company will contact the customer to change the delivery date. Orders cannot be canceled.
Return and Refund Terms
1. If the customer finds that the product has the following conditions after receiving the products, he may request a return from Shing Lung Hong on the day of receipt:
A. The product is damaged/the packaging is incomplete (only non-fresh hairy crab products)
B. The tasting period has expired (only non-fresh hairy crab products)
C. Missing or incorrectly delivered product
D. Customers must provide proof for verification, including:
i. Present valid documents to prove purchase; and
ii. Take an image of the product in question and send it to Shing Lung Hong via email/WhatsApp for records.
E. Once verified, Shing Lung Hong will arrange a replacement for the same product within 14 days or arrange a refund from the online shopping platform supplier.
F. No refunds or returns will be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.
G. In case of any disputes, Shing Lung Hong reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms and reserves the right to make all final decisions.
**Any conflict or discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
