- Norway Salmon Express will contact customers by WhatsApp (tel no. 60379054)
- After receiving the order, Norway Salmon Express will call customer to confirm order within 3 working days. (If customers did not receive call within 3 working days after ordered, please WhatsApp Norway Salmon Express at 60379054)
- Customers must make a reservation and fully understand the details and procedures of the purchase at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so cannot be used as a reason for disputes.
- Product images on the website are for reference only.
- Orders for specific delivery times will incur an additional fee of $50 or more for taxi service.

- Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday (no delivery on some public holidays).

- If customers wish to change delivery details and arrangements (e.g., address, delivery time slot, date, or quantity of goods), they must request changes at least one working day before the delivery. Accommodating the revisions may result in additional delivery charges and delays. Customers are required to pay an administrative fee for each order modification, with a minimum charge of $50.

- Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed. We will investigate and approve requests for returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis, reserving the right to make the final decision. Each (partial) order cancellation incurs an administrative fee of no less than $50.

- Customers are advised to provide accurate contact information before confirming their purchase.

- Our business operates from Monday to Saturday (order cutoff at 16:00 daily), and customers are required to make reservations at least 3 days in advance.

- If delivery is confirmed on the invoice's date and time, but no one is available to receive it, a new delivery arrangement must be made, and additional delivery fees will apply.

- During the period when typhoon or rainstorm signals are in effect, delivery services for the day and the following day may experience delays or cancellations. Our company will contact customers to make alternative delivery arrangements.
