1. Delivery - Supplier Direct Orders by Watson’s Wine
1.1 All orders are processed and delivered separately from other orders at PNS eShop’s or other Supplier Direct’s product items.
1.2 Free doorstep delivery is available to specified delivery address subject to our delivery terms when your order satisfies the minimum net purchase amount of HK$1,200 at PNS eShop (as specified under your invoice)
1.3 For purchase amount below HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply which will be added when you checkout.
1.4 Doorstep delivery means that our delivery service provider will deliver your order at your door for your acceptance. Our delivery service provider will not be obligated to carry your order beyond the entrance of the specified delivery address.
1.5 Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan from 10am to 9pm between Monday and Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) at one of the following timeslots:
- 10am to 2pm
- 2pm to 6pm (except Discovery Bay and Ma Wan)
- 6pm to 9pm (except Discovery Bay and Ma Wan)

1.6 Next Day Delivery
- For successful orders placed at PNS eShop between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and confirmed by us via email , the estimated time for delivery to your specified billing address will be on the following business day during your selected timeslot.
- For orders placed after 5pm on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the earliest delivery date will be the day following the next business day.
- We will deliver as scheduled to the best of our ability. Next Day Delivery may be affected due to seasonal factors (e.g. special promotional events) and during festive periods (e.g. Christmas or Chinese New Year) as we may need to cope with high volume of orders.
Remarks
Our customer service hotline is open from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00am to 12:30pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays. For enquiry on an order, please contact our Customer Service Department no less than 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery service.
2. Exchange and refund
2.1 Subject to 2.2 below, you are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our Customer Service Department for the necessary arrangements. All such requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
2.2 Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle (counted as discounted price) or over 10 years old cannot be exchanged in any event.
2.3 If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).
2.4 In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid (including the delivery charge as applicable) to your relevant payment account used by you to settle the payment or other means as mutually agreed. The refund process can take up to 4-6 weeks.
2.5 Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt at PNS eStore must be produced for us the process your request of a product exchange.
2.6 All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
