Ridiculously mindless. PNS put a paper pack of flour in the same box with other beverages. The package was torn inside the box and I had to clean every single beverage items in the box. The delivery box itself was also torn - my apartment floor was a mess of flour after the delivery. Shame on you PNS. I demand full refund on the entire order.
