Delivery will be arranged by Total Nutrition Center Ltd.
Delivery Term:
After receiving the order, TNCL will contact the customer directly by Telephone one day before delivery to confirm the order. If the customer has not yet received the confirmation from customer service, please call TNCL (Contact no. 2881-8270)
1. Additional delivery charge: For those buildings do not have residential elevator, each product will be charged for additional HK$50 each level. HKD$300 charge for Discovery Bay. Extra manpower and delivery services caused by the actual surroundings circumstances, additional fee will be charged.
2. Delivery arrangement: There will be free delivery for order amount HK$500 or above; If the order amount is below HK$500, customer needs to pay for the delivery charge, the delivery charge is $40. Total Nutrition Center Ltd. will arrange to send out the ordered goods by SF Express to any locations in Hong Kong only. There will be no delivery services provided on Sunday or public holidays.
3. Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular Merchant.
4. During bad weather conditions (e.g. black rain, typhoon no. 8 or above) we will suspend and rearrange any delivery scheduled.

Goods Exchange Policy
1. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered.
2. TNCL guarantees the exchange of product within 7 days of purchase if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product *. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no delivery cost will be charged (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and outlying islands, special conditions please refer to No. (2) of Delivery section).
3. Please contact our Customer Service Department for the exchange.
*Your return request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
• Return request is submitted over 7 days after the date product is received;
• Product not purchased at Parknshop.com
• Product that not in complete packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card and not in good condition.
• Product that damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
• Product that has undergone any repair.
• All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value will be charged.
• Official purchase invoice is missing.
• Request based on personal preference only.
• Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation
• TNCL reserve the final right of determination
4. In the event of discovering damaged products when the product is unpacked, please return the damaged or wrong products to installer of TNCL.
In the event of dispute, Parknshop.com and TNCL decision shall be final and conclusive.
