Terms and conditions:
1. Product photo is for reference only.
2. Order 3 working days in advance
3. Product will be delivered at designated time slot, no specific time is accepted.
4. Once an order is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and the amount received will not be refunded.
5. Delivery service will be provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon urban area, New Territories and Tung Chung only. (Delivery service will not be provided to remoted areas such as Shek O, Stone Cutter's Island (Ngong Shuen Chau), Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, and Discovery Bay etc.)
6. Delivery service is not available for any restricted area, hotel or overseas.
7. Since product is ready-to-eat food, it will be treated as automatic abandonment if customer is failed to receive the product within the designated time slot, no refund will be arranged.

9. If red/black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, orders will automatically be postponed. We will contact you for the order arrangement.
10. Should any disputes arise, the decision of PARKnSHOP eSHOP and Bao Dim Sin Seng shall be final.
11. Delivery will be arranged by Bao Dim Sin Seng. Please contact supplier for details.
