Meow 9 Limited General Delivery Terms and Conditions
1.Free delivery for orders of HK$350 or above. For orders below HK$350, delivery fee of HK$80 shall apply (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). No delivery service is available to below areas: Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O and areas that vans are restricted to access. No overseas delivery service.

Order Time: Before 1pm > Earliest Delivery Time Slots: Same day Afternoon to Evening

2.After receiving the order, Meow9 Limited (hereinafter referred to as Meow9) will contact customers within two working days to confirm delivery date
3.Third-party logistics will only deliver goods according to the provided address. The delivery address, order content, and order cancellation cannot be changed on the day of delivery
4.Once the order is confirmed, no delivery address can be changed. If you need assistance, please contact Meow9by email - info@meow9.com or WhatsApp 62120899 before 24 hours on the day of delivery
5.Please verify the goods upon arrival. Please contact Meow9 within 7days from the date of delivery for any questions regarding the quality or delivery of the goods.
6.If the same order contains more than one shipping box/bag, third-party logistics may deliver separately, with different delivery time depending on the third-party logistics’ arrangement.
7.The goods may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on the situation, and may be delivered more than once
8.For orders with same delivery address, the goods may be consolidated and shipped in the same package
9.Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled to our best ability. Meow9 aims to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. Cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside per customer's request
10.Meow9 reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the nominated time
11.In case of lift breakdown, we will arrange to deliver the goods at another time.
12.Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event, we will contact to re-schedule delivery
13.If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company
14.Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles
15.If no elevator service is available for the premises, home delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of HK$40/floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey with no elevator service (for the first 10 boxes). If the total number of boxes within order exceeds 10 boxes, the 11-20 boxes will be charged once more according to the number of floors, and so on without amount limitation. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered. (For more details, can check with Meow9 directly)
16.In case of any dispute, PARKnSHOP and Meow9 Limited reserve the right to make the final decision
Meow9 Return Policy:
Customers can make a return / exchange / refund request with Meow9 Limited within seven days from the date of receipt.
Please keep and return all packaging, including all packaging boxes, original product packaging boxes, original product labels, hang tags, certification documents, manufacturer's warranty, instructions, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned in intact condition. The labels or tags on the goods must also remain intact. If they are damaged or bent, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If the packaging and assembly status of the goods do not meet the above conditions, arrangements for the return or exchange of the goods will not be made.
When Meow9 Limited successfully recovers the relevant goods, will reply to you as soon as possible whether the goods meet the return requirements. If the requirements are met, we will make return / exchange / refund. Please refer to the confirmation email for details.
Remarks:
- An individual order can only be returned once.
- We will refund all the money used when purchasing returnable goods, but the shipping fees paid and coupons used in the order is/are not refundable.
- If Meow9 Limited fails to collect the goods within seven days, it reserves the right to cancel the return / refund / exchange of the goods.
- Any merchandise that has been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
