Order Information – Noble Fir Christmas Tree
1. Ordering period: Now until Dec 10, 2024 (While Stock Lasts.)
2. Delivery will be arranged within Five days after Confirmation Of Order.
Order is not allowed to change or cancel after check out.
3. Prices quoted are for Noble Fir Christmas Trees including stands.
No set-up or installation services included.
4. Please submit order clearly with recipient name, contact telephone & delivery address.
After receiving order, Florist will contact the customer directly by Telephone / Email within one day before
Dec 10, 2024 to confirm delivery date and time, message card content if required.
5. If the customer has not yet received the confirmation from customer service, please call the Florist
(Ambassador – Tel: 2861 1111 / Email: order@ambassador.com.hk).
6. If the customer / recipient fails to receive the goods, or no one is available to sign off the order during the
delivery period, goods will be returned to Florist. Upon request, a re-delivery can be arranged.
Additional delivery charges will be applied per re-delivery attempt.
7. If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the Red/Black rainstorm
signal, the delivery service will be rearranged.
8. Special Note - All trees will be delivered as they are when arriving HK with Original Packing.
Additional requests should be specified in advance.
Delivery Service
1. Delivery Charges For Christmas Trees - Please see Delivery Charges Table on Poster.
For City Locations - Delivery services will be charged from HK$200 to HK$300. Delivery Services are limited
to Christmas Trees only, Not Including any other food items from ParknShop.
2. For Remote Locations - Delivery services will be charged from HK$450 for Tung Chung. Delivery services
are not available to Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, outlying Islands and other remote areas. Please
contact the Florist Customer Service before placing your order. (Ambassador – Tel: 28668297 / Email:
sales@ambassador.com.hk). Kindly Note: All additional delivery charges should be paid to the delivery man
by cash IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of products.
3. Christmas Trees will be delivered to Recipient’s address.
4. If no elevator available, HK$50 per floor is to be charged.
5. Additional Delivery Service Fees, if any, will be charged by Ambassador Flowers & Gifts.
Delivery Time
1. We do provide delivery time range, but do not provide a specific time delivery service。
2. Time range: Morning 0900-1400 / Afternoon 1400-2000
3. For residential delivery - On the day of delivery, the delivery staff will contact the customer / recipient (if
necessary) before the delivery by Telephone.
Delivery and Product return
1. If there are any quality / quantity problems, please directly contact the Florist (Ambassador) customer
service team before the goods are signed.
2. Goods after being received and signed by the customer cannot be returned.
3. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Parknshop.com and Ambassador shall be final. The Florist
“Ambassador Flowers & Gifts” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to terminate this
program without prior notice.
