1. The flash sales item only available for home delivery and will not combine with the home delivery orders of PNS eShop.
2. Home delivery service is free when you spend HK$350 or more for flash sales items.
3. Home delivery is available with HK$50 additional delivery fee for flash sales orders below HK$350 (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport).
4. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). No delivery service is available to the below areas: Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O and areas that vans are restricted to access. No overseas delivery service is provided. The delivery orders of hospital are limited to send to registration lobby only. As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village, in Shek O without permission letters, customers are required to collect the order at designated location(s).
5. Delivery date on 27 or 28 July, 2023 only.
6. A SMS will be sent to customer in advance to confirm the delivery time. Our driver will contact customer on delivery day accordingly.
7. If the customer fails to receive the product at the confirmed delivery time and location, the company will not resend the product, and the customer shall bear the cost of the product. Any subsequent delivery or refund requests will be not arranged.
8. If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.
9. In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
10. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
11. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
12. If no elevator service is available for premises, home delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only. An additional delivery fee of HK$40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available (for the first 10 boxes). If the total number of boxes in order exceeds 10 boxes, the 11th to 20th boxes will be charged once more according to the number of floors an additional delivery fee charged, and so on without amount limitation. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
13. The picture is for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.
14. In the event of any disputes, the decision of PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall be final and conclusive.
