Terms & Conditions
Order Information
1. Order Deadline : May 8, 2025
2. No same day delivery service. Order is not allowed to change or cancel after check out.
3. All packages are unable to add / subtract any price / flower.
4. Please submit order clearly with recipient name, contact telephone, delivery address, etc. After receiving
the order, Florist will contact the customer directly by Telephone / Email within one day before May 9, 2025
to confirm delivery date and time, message card content if required.
5. If the customer has not yet received the confirmation from customer service, please call the Florist
(Ambassador – Tel: 2866 8297 / Email: order@ambassador.com.hk).
6. If the customer / recipient fails to receive the goods, or no one is available to sign off the order during the
delivery period, goods will be returned to Florist. Upon request, a re-delivery can be arranged. Additional
delivery charges will be applied per re-delivery attempt.
7. If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the Red/Black rainstorm
signal, the delivery service will be rearranged.
8. Product photos demonstrated are for reference only. Flowers & decorative accessories may vary by
seasonal availability without prior notice. Special requests should be specified in advance. (Special color
roses are available while stock lasts, please order early.)
Delivery Service
Delivery charges as per followings:
- Free delivery - Hong Kong Island & Kowloon
- New Territories - HK$100
- Tung Chung / Airport : HK$200
- Discovery Bay / Park Island : HK$300
Kindly Note: All delivery charges should be paid to the delivery man IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of products.
Delivery Time
1. We do provide delivery time range, but do not provide a specific time for delivery service.
2. Time range: Anytime 0900-2000 / Morning 0900-1400 / Afternoon 1400-2000
3. For residential delivery: On the day of delivery, the delivery staff will contact the customer / recipient (if necessary) before the delivery by Telephone.
Delivery and Product return
1. If there are any quality / quantity problems, please directly contact the Florist (Ambassador) customer
service team before the goods are signed.
(Ambassador – Tel: 2861 1111 / Email: order@ambassador.com.hk).
2. Goods after being received and signed by the customer cannot be returned.
3. Should any dispute arise, the decision of PNS eShop and Ambassador shall be final. The Florist “Ambassador Flowers & Gifts” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to terminate this program without prior notice.
