Oriole Food International Limited delivery service & delivery time
1. Free delivery is available for purchases above HK 550. For purchases under HK 550, HK 80 delivery fee will be charged per order.
2. Oriole Food International Limited will provide delivery services for customers from Mondays to Saturday. No provide delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Oriole Food International Limited does not provide service for specific time delivery.
4. Delivery time is 09:00-20:00
5. Delivery service is limited to specific areas in Hong Kong.
6. For each order, the free delivery service is limited to one delivery location.
7. If your delivery address changes, you must notify us before ordering, otherwise we will not take any responsible for delivering to the wrong or outdated address.
8. If the customer fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, the company reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee HK100.
9. If the delivery address is a tenement house or the elevator cannot reach the relevant address directly, delivery will be only arranged at building entrance; if the delivery address is a fenced village or village house address, delivery will be arranged at the entrance of the village or at a designated location.
10. Additional charges are required for delivery to Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan (HK 20). Discovery Bay need extra gate fee HK 144 per order. Outlying Islands , container pier, restricted area and other remote areas NO delivery provided. Please contact customer service before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery.
11. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of relevant goods. If the company fails to provide any ordered products or services, the company has the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email or WhatsApp.
12. Customers please count the quantity of all the goods in person when receiving the goods. If you have any questions, please inform our company immediately by phone or WhatsApp.
13.In the event of inclement weather, traffic and/or other uncontrollable circumstances, the delivery service may be delayed. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or higher, red or black rainstorm sirens are in effect. At that time, our company staff will contact you and inform you of the arrangements.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
• If you find that the product has the following conditions after receiving the product, you can request the company to return and replace the product on the same day:
a.) The product is damaged / incomplete packaging
b.) The taste period has passed
c.) Missing or wrong delivery of products
• The customer must provide proof for verification, including:
(i) Present a valid document to prove the purchase and
(ii) Take the image of the product and send it to us via email/whatsapp instant messaging software as evidence.
(iii)Please keep the product with issues. A dedicated staff will arrange for its collection.
• Once verified, the company will arrange a replacement or refund for the same product within 14 days.
• If it is not for the above reasons, once the customer cancels the confirmed order, an administrative fee of $100 or 10% of the order amount will be charged from Oriole Food International Limited, whichever is higher.
• The company reserves the right to interpret and modify these terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, Oriole Food International Limited reserves the right of final decision.
