1. This product is not available for Click & Collect service. Please place your order on the PNS website at least 4 working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

3. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.

5. If the customer fails to receive the goods at the provided delivery address within the specified delivery time slot, the order will be cancelled , and no refund will be provided.

6. In the event of severe weather conditions where Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service will be rescheduled.

7. In case of any dispute, ParknShop and Partytime reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the ordering arrangements, terms, and conditions.

1. For all orders (except Helium Filled Balloons & Balloon arches and Pinatas) free delivery service is available for purchases of $500 or above at Partytime. The below delivery fee will be charged for orders under $99. For orders under $500, $99 delivery fee per order will be applied.

Partytime provide door to door delivery services to most areas in Hong Kong. Extra delivery fee per order will be applied.
